In construction work, two factors complicate the risks of either falling or being hit by falling materials: The edges where falls could occur at a worksite are constantly changing and the workforce is often highly mobile.
This easy-to-use training program will help those who are exposed or potentially exposed to fall hazards recognize fall hazards, use basic fall protection systems, prevent objects from falling, inspect personal fall arrest systems, and rescue themselves and others from falls.
This training session applies to fall protection at construction sites, and covers
contractors and subcontractors who have workers employed in construction,
alteration, and/or repair, including painting and decorating. When the training
is completed, trainees will be able to use basic fall protection systems, prevent objects from falling, and rescue themselves and others from falls.
