Avoid costly lawsuits with sexual harassment training for supervisors

Interactive CD - California Sexual Harassment

Two-course program provides the required 2 hour training minimum under the law (AB1825).
In California, state law requires employers to provide supervisors with 2 hours of interactive sexual harassment training and education every 2 years. Employers with 50 or more employees (including independent contractors and temporary service employees) are covered by this requirement.
Give your supervisors the training they need to create a workplace that is free from sexual harassment.
This two-course program provides flexibility for employees who may want to add company specific instruction or group discussion for a blended learning program.
The first course, What Supervisors Are Required to Know, provides a clear definition of sexual harassment and practical guidance under both federal and California laws concerning the prohibition, prevention, and correction of sexual harassment.
The second course, Applying Your Knowledge, provides opportunity for practical application and reinforcement of the information covered in the first course. The learner has a chance to apply what they have learned interactively.
The program includes:
- Fully prepared, interactive training format
Holds the interest of participants
- Quizzes
Tests participants throughout the interactive training
- Interesting exercises

- Practical CD-ROM format
