Her firm designs and manages employee incentive programs for public and private employers, ranging from travel-based sales contests to longevity rewards and health/wellness campaigns. She formerly served as a human resource director for two Fortune 1,000 employers, and she speaks frequently on employee incentive and reward issues. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington.
