Conducting and following up on performance reviews is almost certainly a source of angst for your supervisors—and frustration for you. Part of their reluctance may stem from not knowing how to effectively handle rate performance or measure the success of those who are put on performance improvement plans.
But there are ways to curb supervisors’ unwillingness to step up to the plate - ways that could help your organization streamline the appraisal process while maximizing output.
Order this in-depth 90-minute audio conference recording detailing how to train your supervisors on conducting performance reviews that yield positive results. We’ll outline how to motivate your supervisors to foster your organization’s vision and how to train them on effectively communicating with workers before, during, and after their reviews.
Our experts – both experienced compensation experts – will explain how performance reviews can:
- Show employees how their daily efforts support the organization’s strategy, increasing employee engagement and retention
- Boost employee productivity as part of your overall business strategy
- Create positive changes in employee performance
- Become an integrated part of your regular processes through the use of self-appraisals and consistent performance tracking
