Description:
Let’s face it: Employee absences are a huge expense – the total cost of absences is around 36 percent of an organization’s base payroll, including direct costs, such as workers’ pay, and indirect costs, like lost productivity, according to Mercer’s recent The Total Financial Impact of Employee Absences survey. And this figure doesn’t include the administrative costs that go into managing employee absences.
While you can’t control when employees will be out, you can manage their absences and sharply reduce lost time. In addition to tracking employee absences and calculating costs, for optimal effectiveness you must take a proactive and comprehensive approach: a total absence management (TAM) program.
Order this audio conference recording, when our expert - an experienced management consultant – will explain step by step how to create a TAM program that really works for your organization.
