Mary Anne Kennedy is the principal consultant at MAKHR Consulting, LLC, a New Jersey-based full-service human resources advisory service. Her firm provides small-to medium-sized businesses and employers with the full spectrum of HR services and programs. Before launching her business, Kennedy spent 8 years with a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company in a variety of human resources leadership positions. She also served as the HR generalist for a Fortune 500 office furniture manufacturer and as a senior HR consultant focusing on staffing, coaching, and organizational development for a wide range of large employers. Kennedy is a frequent speaker on HR issues and a founder of the St. Paul’s Networking Group in Princeton, N.J., a ministry that provides career coaching to those who are in career transition. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Thomas Edison State College.
